This Privacy Policy describes how Baba Education LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of RedditMaxx ("the Service"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform. This data helps us improve the Service.

Content You Provide

We store data you input into the Service, including Reddit account usernames, subreddit assignments, titles, notes, uploaded media, and organizational settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account verification, billing notifications)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe via their secure payment forms. We receive only a token representing your payment method, your subscription status, and billing details. We do not have access to your full credit card number. Stripe's use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. Uploaded media files are stored in Supabase Storage and automatically expire after 24 hours.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Application hosting
• OpenAI — AI title generation (when you configure your own API key)

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded media automatically expires after 24 hours. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
