Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RedditMaxx ("the Service"), operated by Baba Education LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

RedditMaxx is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for managing Reddit accounts, including subreddit assignment, title generation, media management, and team collaboration features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring your activities comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and any applicable third-party platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Baba Education LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baba Education LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
